As a general guide, the following covers the our typical base rates for service, with a minimum of three attendances and a duly witnessed affidavit upon completion of the matter. There are many factors which may impact on the task of effecting service or equivalent as may be acceptable to a Court. Please see below for some examples.

Service of lower Courts (can be left with co-resident) – QCAT, Magistrates Court, Local Court, etc: $99.00inc GST*
Personal Service – Family Law, Divorce, District, Supreme, etc: $165.00inc GST*
Field Calls – $99.00inc GST*
*Prices vary for service based upon a number of factors including location for service, jurisdiction of filed documents, personal service required, else service may be performed upon a co-resident and urgency. Certain circumstances such as must serve at a specific time and date may also modify the price to serve.

No printing charge is added for documents email or uploaded along with your instructions to serve.
All service and attempted service includes a sworn affidavit of service or attempted service in the format required for the jurisdiction. There is no additional fee for production of the affidavit/s.
